Shipping Policy
Domestic Orders: Orders placed by 11 am MST Monday thru Friday will normally ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 11 am MST will normally ship the next business day.
International Orders: Orders ship either Tuesday or Friday based on when the order is placed.
Note: Order processing can take up to 48 hours before shipping. Our warehouse is closed on weekends. We strive to handle all orders day of to provide you with the best experience.
Shipping Policy
After receiving your order confirmation email, once your ordered is processed, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We ship all orders out of our California warehouse and are closed on the weekends.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer UPS® Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air®, and UPS Next Day Air®. Free shipping is offered on orders of $250+.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Costa Rica, Columbia, and any shipping addresses supported by Passport. Free shipping is offered on orders of $500+.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. slipx LLC. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@slipx.club with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Delivery Issue
Should you order show it was delivered, however, your package appears lost or stolen, notify us within 20 days of the delivery date for a replacement. Notification received after 20 days is no longer eligible for replacement.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not support shipments to P.O. boxes at this time.
